As Hukuki Araştırmalar Derneği (HUDER), we attach utmost importance to ensuring the security of your personal data. In this scope, pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), we take the necessary measures during the processes of processing your personal data and transferring it to third parties to ensure an appropriate level of security in order to prevent unlawful processing of and access to your personal data and to safeguard it.

2. YOUR PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED

As Hukuki Araştırmalar Derneği (HUDER), in our capacity as data controller, through our call centres, written communication channels, social media pages, mobile communication channels, in-store communication channels and/or through all manner of channels including but not limited to these; your personal data and/or special categories of personal data obtained with your consent (Full Name, Email address, browsing information obtained anonymously during the use of our website, IP address, browser information, your form details and location data, message and subject information, uploaded CV file) may be obtained, recorded, stored, retained, modified, updated, periodically checked, rearranged, classified in whole or in part, preserved for the period necessary for the purpose for which they are processed or as stipulated in the relevant law, shared with/transferred to private-legal persons with whom Hukuki Araştırmalar Derneği (HUDER) collaborates or public institutions and organisations to which it is legally obligated and/or relevant third party natural/legal persons resident in Türkiye or abroad in case of legal or service-related practical requirements, and transferred abroad in case of legal or service-related practical requirements.

3. METHOD OF COLLECTING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data are obtained pursuant to the provisions of the KVKK and relevant legislation, depending on the nature of the service provided to you by Hukuki Araştırmalar Derneği (HUDER); through the completion of the contact form on the "Homepage – Career – Contact" pages, for the purposes set out below and in order to carry out all kinds of work within the scope of activity of Hukuki Araştırmalar Derneği (HUDER) within a legal framework and, in this context, to enable Hukuki Araştırmalar Derneği (HUDER) to fully and duly perform its contractual and legal obligations; and for these purposes, your personal data are collected verbally, in writing or electronically through verbal means, website, social media platforms, mobile applications and similar means.

4. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data specified above;

• Needing certain technical data in order to use the Website more effectively,

• Collecting information regarding your preferences and habits in browsing and using the Website by the Company,

• Ensuring Company and visitor network traffic security,

• Conducting activities in accordance with legislation, tracking and conducting legal affairs, ensuring the security of data controller operations, providing information to authorised persons, institutions and organisations, conducting management activities, creating and tracking visitor records

• Are processed limited to the purposes of receiving career applications.

5. SHARING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Customer information may only be disclosed to official authorities if requested by official authorities and in cases where there is an obligation to make a statement to official authorities pursuant to the mandatory provisions of current legislation.

6. YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Within the framework of Article 11 of the KVKK, you may submit the following requests to us by applying to Hukuki Araştırmalar Derneği (HUDER):

1. Requesting information regarding the processing of your personal data,

2. Learning the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,

3. Knowing the third parties to whom your personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,

4. Requesting the correction of personal data if they are processed incompletely or inaccurately,

5. Requesting the erasure, destruction or anonymisation of your personal data in the event that the reasons requiring the processing of your personal data cease to exist,

If you wish to exercise your rights listed above, you may submit your request with a petition

In order for a person other than the data subject to make a request, a special power of attorney notarised by a notary public issued by the data subject on behalf of the applicant regarding the subject matter must be present. In this context, your requests duly submitted to Hukuki Araştırmalar Derneği (HUDER) will be finalised within thirty days at the latest.

Our Company may request information from the data subject in order to determine whether the applicant is the personal data owner, and may address questions to the data subject regarding their application in order to clarify the matters stated in the application.

Compliance with the law is ensured regarding data processed through automated systems. Information obtained from this data cannot be used against a person without their explicit consent.
