WHO IS HASAN OYMAK?
He was born in 1971 in Denizli / Acıpayam. He completed his secondary education at Acıpayam İmam Hatip High School and his undergraduate education at Ankara University Faculty of Law.
During his student years, he worked on Investment Incentive Certificates, loans, import-export documents and trademarks. He is a founding partner of H&H Law Firm and continues his practice there.
He is a Trademark and Patent Attorney registered with the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office and a mediator registered with the Ministry of Justice. He is a founding member of the Union of Mediators of the Turkic World.
He earned master's degrees in "IT LAW" at Hacettepe University Faculty of Law, Department of Public Law, and in "POLITICAL COMMUNICATION" at Hacı Bayram Veli University Faculty of Communication, Department of Journalism. During this process, he conducted studies on "Intellectual Property Law" – "Superior Public Interest as a Ground for Legality" – "Exercise of Statutory Authority as a Ground for Legality in Terms of the Medical Profession" – "Electronic Commerce – Consumer Right of Withdrawal in Electronic Commerce" – "Evidentiary Value of Personal Data and Biometric Data in Terms of Criminal Procedure Law" – "Legal Regulations of Türkiye's National Defence Against External Attacks" – "The Concept of Telecommunications and the Principle of Universality".
He completed his master's thesis entitled "National and International Regulations within the Scope of Protecting Children from Disinformation: The Example of Türkiye".
He was part of the founding team of Ankara Bar Association No. 2 and served on its first Board of Auditors..
He served as a rapporteur member of the Turkish Football Federation Amateur Football Disciplinary Board (AFDK) and as a member of the Physically Disabled Football Disciplinary Board.
He served as Secretary General of Fenerbahçeli Hukukçular Derneği and President of DENİZLİM Kültür ve Dayanışma Derneği.
He was elected President at the 17th General Assembly of Hukuki Araştırmalar Derneği and continues his duty with his team under the motto "FOUNDING SPIRIT AND THE VISION OF TOMORROW".
