Hukuki Araştırmalar Derneği (Legal Research Association) was founded in 1988 and is Türkiye’s most established non-governmental legal organisation with the highest number of members. In Türkiye, with its Head Office in Ankara, it is the only legal organisation that has been able to steadily continue its activities with its organisation and volunteers in 76 provinces with 24 branches and 51 representative offices, and globally in 8 countries, namely Germany, the United Kingdom, Japan, Macedonia, Mongolia, Sweden, Azerbaijan and Georgia.
The purpose of Hukuki Araştırmalar Derneği is to defend the principles and values arising from the national values of our nation, without ever compromising the intentions and beliefs of its leaders and the wills that mark its organisation as an association, to ensure mutual aid and solidarity among its members in the social and professional fields, to enhance their professional knowledge, traditions and culture, and in general terms to ensure a sound and stable legal order.

Dear HUDER Family;
At the 17th Ordinary General Assembly of HUDER, the apple of our eye, the honour of carrying the HUDER flag into tomorrow was bestowed upon me together with my colleagues. First of all, I would like to thank our past presidents for their valuable work and all my colleagues for their trust.
My esteemed colleagues,
We are members of a magnificent Association. Since the moment of its founding, HUDER has acted with the motto of contributing to the establishment of right and justice and raising legal professionals who will build a sound and stable legal order.
It became almost a school in the hands of masters who put their hearts into this work, and raised highly esteemed legal professionals from every discipline.
It hosted our colleagues who were students when they first met HUDER, but who later served at the most crucial positions of the legislative, executive and judicial branches, achieving great success. Our colleagues who were students back then became deans, became rectors, and kept and continue to keep our founding spirit alive as lawyers, judges and prosecutors.
Of course, we were and are proud of each and every one of them, but what is even more important to us is that no office and no success has severed the bond of these esteemed colleagues with HUDER, nor undermined their will to set an example for our young brothers and sisters. That is why HUDER is a large family.
Now, under the leadership of my team who took over the flag, but together with all our esteemed colleagues, it is time to carry HUDER into the future..
